Summer Fun ATC

I made this ATC to participate in 3 challenges. Tilda and Friends ATC Challenges ...... Tilda and Company ...and The Magnolia DT Challenge ..which is to use one of the first stamps you have.

Tilda is popped up on dimensionals at the top of her. There is some glitter on the water here and there..but it doesn't show up. I added the yellow dots......thinking of the. "Itsy bitsy teeny weeny yellow polka dot bikini" song......lol...in this case it being a 1 piece bathing suit.

I colored it all with prismacolor pencils and h20's.....yellow dots and white accents are acrylic paint. The background with the clouds was an idea I was inspired by with the card Inge sent me for my birthday....you can see this lovely card in this post.

ATC's Again!!

It seems like I have been travelling here and there most weekends for the last month. I was in Saskatoon this last weekend, visiting my mother. She is doing very well (88 ys old) and it was so nice to see her.

I also stopped at Michaels for a few minutes and bought some new paper by K&Company. It is very nice paper..faily heavy, double sided, 36 sheets in a 12x12 pad. It was only $16.99..I thought that was very reasonable considering I also used a 40% off coupon. There were small pads of textured paper that matched these large pads....also double sided for only 6.99 each. Very nice quality!!

I have some ATC's to share. They are mainly made of assorted paper scraps...I have a few more I will upload later as well as a card.....I hope..

ATC Time!!

Happy Easter Everyone!! We had a very nice weekend with good company and food. The weather was a little cool..but it seems to be warming up today.

I have begun to try and make atc's. I think they are such neat little works of art. Collage type of art is very new to me as well but this was fun to make. I hope to make many more...

The background paper in this atc is from a blog candy win from Julie K in Tawaiin..(thanks Julie)

The atc base is from a deck of playing cards. The image is a free image I picked up on the net..reduced in size and printed. Black cardstock is Michaels. Assorted scraps and lace are from my large old stash of craft suplies. I accented with stardust pens and inked the edges with SU inkpads.

I gave this card to my daughter Trina........
