It is finally getting warmer in our area of Saskatchewan....after a week long deep freeze. I took my "Buddy" for a walk yesterday and will be able to today as well. Oh.. I so hope.. it stays warm for longer than 2 days. In fact an early spring is exactly what we need..lol.
See the balloons on this card?...I finally played with the Cricut I got for Xmas!! Wow ....there are so many possibilities with this little machine and it cuts like a dream. I'm hoping to use it more..now that I know how.
The Lovely Tilda is from Magnolia
The sentiment is from Gelatins.
I also wanted to participate in this weeks Tilda & Co Challenge which was to use string on the card. I have string on the balloons and gold string for the necklace and bracelet I added on the Tilda. You will probably need to click to enlarge the photo to see these items.
I used prismacolor pencils (oms) and Twinkling h20's to color the dog and Tilda.
I used diamond glaze on the cake (candle and flower) and the dogs nose.
On with the recipe........
Paper - whisper white, choc chip, autumn leaves, k&company, wild asparagus.
Ink - versafine black, close to cocoa, creamy caramel, bashful blue, buckaroo blue
Accessories - Cricut, scalloped scissors, string, brads, ribbon, stickles, stardust pens, scribbles, glitter, stitching, bling, diamond glaze.
Anyone interested in the Magnolia stamps?... you can email me and I will send you Phoebe's (The Town Scrapper) contact info.

Have a Great Weekend Everyone!!
