Angel on Duty!

Happy Monday!!

Our 34th Anniversary was on Sat...and we had a Great Day!

Our family came over on and off during the day. In the afternoon one of our daughters and her boyfriend came down with their new puppy, "Buster"....a very cute little Maltese/Shitzu.

We all had a good visit outside and then went out for supper. We had a full evening as well with more company in the evening. All in all it was very nice.

We now have 3 grand doggies,... Harley, Wynter and Buster. Maybe I will have to start scrap booking. They are all adorable. I'll post some pics in the near future.

I have a card!...The angel is from High Hopes They have the most "Wonderful" stamps...that are just perfect for coloring. Be sure to check them out...click here!!

I also used the sketch from Splitcoast SC137...a great sketch to work with. You can find it here. I also submitted this card for Kimmie's Kard Kontest!!! for the Supply Challenge.

This image was colored with Prismacolor pencils, oderless mineral spirits and Twinkling H20's. The angel on duty circle was computer generated.

Ink - Classic black, creamy caramel, close to cocoa

Who Wants to be a Butterfly Anyway?

Well, it sure looks like summer is speeding by. The temps have been cool here for the last week....and the air gives a feeling of fall on my nightly walks. I'm not really complaining ....I don't mind fall ...it is such a beautiful season. I also enjoy going to the craft shows that begin in the early fall.

Today we are painting our bathroom and bedroom .....but hubby got sidetracked and is making holes in the bathroom wall. He decided to build in our medicine cabinet... I can hear the saws right now......(it is a little scary). Even though he is a very handy fella....things don't always go according to his plan....and then he is not too happy....I think most wived know what that is like...lol. So anyway...I now have to wait till the hole is finished to start painting...seems like a good time to post.....

Here is an ATC I made a few months ago for one of my daughters....

I mainly used scraps on this card...so am not going to include a supply list...but if anyone has questions feel free to ask.

Thanks for looking and for all your Wonderful comments..it really makes my day!!!

Have a Great Weekend!!!

House Mouse Hee hee!

It is a beautiful day here today...not to hot or cool and not windy for a change......hm mm almost sounds like something is brewing doesn't it? We had a pretty bad storm a few days ago...with some hail damage on our van, one of my daughters car and my outdoor plastic end table....but hey, it could always be worse....and I must admit, the lawn certainly looks green now. Funny.. I can water and water the lawn and it seems to just barely hold its own...but give it one earth shattering, ground shaking storm and it just perks right up!

Today I have a card that I made for the recent Sketch Challenge; http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=273947
