I made this card using the sketch above....I did change the bottom a little for the sentiment because the image was so large.I also made this card to participate in a few challenges.....

I made this card using...High Hopes Lizabeth Biking Angel and Hero arts for the balloon and sentiment.
Image is colored with prismacolor pencils (OMS) and H20's
Ink - Versafine Black, close to cocoa, versafine green, bashful blue, old olive.
Paper - whisper white, K&C, basic grey, provo stack, Bazill cs
Accents - stickles, brad, ribbon, stardust pens, stitching, flower made with spellbinders dies.
